Chardet Vineyards/Freres Couillaud· France
Familjeföretaget Les Frères Couillaud grundades 1978 då bröderna Bernard, Michel och François Couillaud köpte Château de la Ragotière. 1987 köpte man ytterligare 30 hektar vinodlingar knutna till Château de la Morinière, cirka tre kilometer från Ragotière. Sedan 2006 jobbar även Bernards dotter Amelie och hennes make Vincent i firman.
Serveras vid 8-10°C till vegetariskt eller till rätter av fisk eller skaldjur.
