Chiara är uppvuxen på en vingård och efter att hon pluggat ekonomi valde hon att driva en egen gård om fyra hektar. Idag har hon även tagit över föräldrarnas betydligt större egendom, som hon också driver. Fokus ligger på druvsorten sangiovese och odlingarna sköts enligt ekologiska principer. Alla egendomens viner jäser utan tillsatt jäst och buteljeras ofiltrerade.
