Ramsbury Vodka
Ramsbury vodka is the distilleries first product, created in 2015. It is made from the baker’s wheat Horatio that is sown and harvested on the estate. It has a slightly sweet and medium-full bodied character with hints of fruit and chocolate. A vodka that works just as well in a espresso martini or neat on the rocks.
Ramsbury Gin
Ramsbury Gin is a modern version of a London Dry Gin that is also made from the flavourful wheat Horatio. The main botanical in Ramsbury Gin comes from the fruit Quince which is also grown on the estate. It has a flowery, slightly fruity character with a balanced flavour of juniper and lemon. It is a modern Gin with traditional spices, perfect in a Gin & Tonic or in a Dry Martini.
From farm to bottle
Ramsbury select only the finest Horatio wheat from their own fields. They know exactly in which field the wheat has grown, when it was sown and precisely when it was harvested. Their copper stills use heat generated by a biomass boiler fed by their own sustainable woodland, and once the distilling is complete, the spent grains are fed to the animals on the farms. The waste water is cleaned by a wildlife friendly reed bed system which then feeds into our lake. Their award winning spirits are distilled using state of the art equipment and with their farming practices and expertise the end result is nothing other than spectacular.
